This website

This site (plugins.harborhq.org) has no forms, accounts or advertising trackers, and doesn't use cookies. Our hosting provider (Google Firebase) keeps standard technical server logs, such as IP address and pages requested, for security and reliability.

When you contact us

If you email or message us, we use your name, business details and contact information only to respond, arrange demos and provide our services. We don't sell your information.

Plugins we build for clients

Each ChatGPT plugin we build for a client has its own privacy policy, published by that client. Our plugins are designed to collect only the search details needed to answer, such as route, dates and budget. They don't collect ID numbers or payment details.

Retention

We keep business correspondence for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal and tax obligations.

Your rights

Under the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019 you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data by writing to mail@harborhq.org. You may also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (www.odpc.go.ke).
